Join us for our 5th annual wellness retreat! This one-week wellness retreat offers you an opportunity to getaway, relax and recharge on the idyllic island of São Miguel, Azores. This remote, nine-island archipelago off the coast of Portugal will offer you an opportunity to emerge yourself in nature. Make new long-lasting friendships and restore mind, body and soul as you explore this beautiful subtropical paradise.
Practice yoga/meditation, breathwork, and participate in wellness workshops for deeper connection to yourself. Enjoy the natural resources that the Azores has to offer including a thermal pool, a tea plantation, beginner-moderate hiking, canyoning, and participate in the production of local coffee. Do what the locals do by dining on Cozido (a dish cooked by a hot geyser), partake in a 400 year-old cultural festival, and learn to cook a typical Portuguese meal. All genders and ages are welcome!

We do however, encourage everyone to venture beyond their perceived boundaries. This is where change, both physical and mental happen.
